MAKKAH, Tuesday, May 5, 2026 (WNP): Hajj security forces have arrested three residents, one visitor, and one citizen for violating Hajj regulations and attempting to perform the pilgrimage without the required permits.

Authorities said the arrests were made as part of ongoing efforts to enforce Hajj permit rules and ensure orderly management of pilgrims during the season.

Officials reiterated that entry to Makkah and participation in Hajj rituals without an official permit is strictly prohibited, stressing that legal action is being taken against violators in accordance with applicable regulations.

Security authorities have urged all residents, citizens, and visitors to fully comply with Hajj instructions and obtain the necessary permits to avoid penalties.
