ISLAMABAD, March 3, 2026 (WNP): As part of its humanitarian outreach during the holy month of Ramadan, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, Salem Mohammed Al Zaabi, gifted 3.6 tons of dates as humanitarian assistance for the people of Balochistan.
The consignment was formally presented to Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan for onward distribution among deserving communities across the province.

Continuing the initiative, the dates were distributed among needy families in Lasbela through the Jam Muhammad Foundation, ensuring that vulnerable households benefitted from the assistance during the blessed month.
The humanitarian gesture reflects the enduring brotherly ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates and underscores the UAE’s continued commitment to supporting communities in need, particularly during Ramadan.
Local communities warmly welcomed the initiative and expressed gratitude for the generous support extended by the leadership and people of the UAE.

The distribution drive in Lasbela stands as a testament to the spirit of solidarity, compassion and partnership that continues to define UAE–Pakistan relations.
