During his stay in Vienna, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will hold bilateral talks with Chancellor Stocker at the Federal Chancellery. The two leaders are also scheduled to lead delegation-level discussions covering political, economic and development cooperation.

A key highlight of the visit will be the joint co-chairing by the Prime Minister and the Austrian Chancellor of a meeting with leading business figures from both countries, aimed at promoting investment and strengthening trade ties.
The initiative reflects Islamabad’s broader efforts to attract foreign investment and enhance private-sector partnerships.
The Prime Minister will also participate in and address the Austria Business Forum, where he is expected to outline Pakistan’s economic priorities, reform agenda and investment opportunities.
In addition, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will attend and speak at a special event organised under the auspices of the United Nations in Vienna on the theme “Sustainable Development: The Pathway to Global Peace and Prosperity,” highlighting Pakistan’s perspective on sustainable growth and international cooperation.
On the sidelines of his visit, the Prime Minister is scheduled to meet the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to discuss matters of mutual interest, including peaceful uses of nuclear technology and ongoing collaboration.
It is expected that the visit is expected to open new avenues of cooperation and add fresh momentum to Pakistan-Austria relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, multilateral diplomacy and sustainable development.
