Embassy of Russia in Pakistan conveys deepest sympathy to bereaved families following tragic incident in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (WNP): The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Pakistan has expressed profound sorrow over the tragic deaths of infants in a fire at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital in Islamabad.

In a message of condolence, the Russian Embassy conveyed its deepest sympathy to the families who suffered the irreparable loss of their loved ones in the tragic incident.

“We share the pain of the families who have suffered this irreparable loss,” the Embassy said, extending its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.

The Embassy also wished the affected families courage, strength and patience as they cope with the devastating loss during this difficult time.
