LONDON, Thursday, January 22, 2026 (WNP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif arrived in London on Thursday following his participation in the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting in Davos and engagements related to the Gaza World Peace Board.

According to official sources, the prime minister will stay at a private residence during his five-day visit to the United Kingdom. The visit also includes a scheduled medical check-up.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to return to Pakistan on January 26, after concluding his stay in London.

During his recent engagements in Davos, the prime minister held a series of meetings with global leaders, international financial institutions, and business representatives, highlighting Pakistan’s economic recovery, reform agenda, and commitment to regional and global peace initiatives, including efforts aimed at addressing the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
