Finance Minister Aurangzeb sees off Saudi counterpart after productive Islamabad visit

ISLAMABAD, Saturday, April 11, 2026 (WNP): Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb saw off Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan at Islamabad International Airport following the conclusion of his productive visit to Pakistan.

During the brief farewell interaction, the two leaders exchanged warm pleasantries and discussed the strong bilateral relationship and ongoing economic cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Senator Aurangzeb expressed his eagerness to meet his Saudi counterpart again on the sidelines of the upcoming World Bank Group–IMF Spring Meetings in Washington, D.C., underscoring the close and enduring partnership between the two brotherly countries.

The visit of the Saudi finance minister is seen as part of continued high-level engagements aimed at further strengthening economic ties and enhancing cooperation in key financial sectors between Islamabad and Riyadh.
