ISLAMABAD, Monday, April 13, 2026 (WNP): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan, focusing on recent developments related to the Islamabad Talks and the broader regional situation.

During the call, Dar shared updates on the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Iran and the United States, underscoring the importance of all parties strictly adhering to their ceasefire commitments.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s constructive role as a facilitator, the deputy prime minister emphasized Islamabad’s continued resolve to support diplomatic efforts and sustain dialogue aimed at promoting lasting peace and stability in the region and beyond.

Both sides reiterated the importance of continued engagement and coordination to advance peaceful outcomes through diplomacy.
