ISLAMABAD, Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (WNP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday congratulated President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the people of Türkiye on the 102nd Republic Day, reaffirming Pakistan’s deep-rooted solidarity and brotherhood with the Turkish nation.

In a special message, the prime minister said, “On the auspicious occasion of the 102nd Republic Day of Türkiye, I join the people of Pakistan in extending our warmest felicitations to my dear brother President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and to the brotherly people of Türkiye.”

Commending Türkiye’s remarkable progress under President Erdoğan’s leadership, Shehbaz Sharif noted that the country’s bold transformation and economic resurgence over the decades have earned global admiration, serving as a model of resilience and reform for the Muslim world.

“We take great pride in the accomplishments of our Turkish brothers and remain their steadfast partners in this journey of progress,” the prime minister said, highlighting the unbreakable bonds of faith, history, and fraternity that have long united the two nations.

He emphasized that Pakistan–Türkiye relations have entered a new era of strategic partnership under the sagacious guidance of President Erdoğan, as both countries work together to unlock the vast potential of cooperation across political, economic, and cultural spheres.

“Pakistan and Türkiye are united by bonds that transcend geography and time,” the prime minister concluded, reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to strengthening its enduring friendship with Türkiye in pursuit of shared peace, prosperity, and progress.
