RIYADH, Monday, May 11, 2026 (WNP): Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on Monday received a telephone call from Foreign Minister of Iran Abbas Araghchi and discussed the latest regional developments and ongoing diplomatic efforts.

According to the Saudi Foreign Ministry, the two foreign ministers reviewed developments related to Pakistan-mediated efforts and the ongoing diplomatic contacts between Iran and the United States.

During the conversation, the two sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern and discussed efforts aimed at promoting peace, stability and de-escalation in the region.
