ISLAMABAD, Tuesday, July 22, 2025 (WNP): Iqra University Islamabad Campus celebrated a proud moment on Tuesday as two of its students were selected to represent Pakistan at the prestigious Global Encounters Festival 2025 in Dubai, showcasing the university’s commitment to both academic and co-curricular excellence.
Hira Ali, a Media Studies student, has been selected to join Pakistan’s National Volleyball Team, marking a significant milestone in her athletic career. Her selection reflects not only her individual dedication but also the university’s support for nurturing well-rounded student success.
Meanwhile, Aziz Ahmed, an alumnus of the university, has earned a spot on the Pakistan International Squash Team, a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence and the strong athletic foundation fostered at Iqra.
