DUBAI, Sunday, December 7, 2025 (WNP): Chairperson of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, Latifa MR Al Maktoum, hosted a high-level delegation of Africa’s leading business and philanthropic figures at Al Shindagha Museum, underscoring Dubai’s role as a global hub for innovation, cultural exchange and humanitarian collaboration.
The delegation was led by His Excellency Badr Jafar, Special Envoy of the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs for Business and Philanthropy.
During the visit, members explored Dubai’s model as a thriving environment that nurtures creativity, encourages forward-thinking ideas and champions philanthropic and community-driven initiatives.
Latifa MR Al Maktoum said the discussions focused on expanding avenues for cooperation, strengthening economic engagement, and advancing strategic partnerships centred on knowledge exchange. She emphasized that such collaborations are essential for driving innovation, supporting impactful development projects, and fostering long-term sustainability.
The meeting highlighted growing momentum between the UAE and African partners in mobilizing cross-continental efforts for cultural advancement, economic resilience, and social impact.
