Dar, Prince Mansour vow to deepen Pakistan–Saudi economic partnership, boost investment cooperation

ISLAMABAD, Wednesday, October 8, 2025 (WNP): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Wednesday received Prince Mansour bin Mohammad Al Saud, Chairman of the Saudi–Pakistan Joint Business Council (JBC), who is leading a high-level Saudi business delegation on a visit to Pakistan.

Welcoming the delegation, Senator Dar expressed satisfaction over the growing momentum in Pakistan–Saudi Arabia economic relations, emphasizing the tremendous potential for expanding cooperation between the two brotherly nations.

He highlighted Pakistan’s favorable investment climate and reaffirmed the government’s strong commitment to facilitating Saudi investment across diverse sectors including energy, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, and technology.

Prince Mansour bin Mohammad Al Saud praised the achievements of the Saudi–Pakistan Joint Business Council, describing it as one of the most effective and dynamic business forums globally. He expressed optimism that the visit would pave the way for deeper economic integration and new investment opportunities between the two countries.

Both sides reaffirmed their shared resolve to strengthen bilateral trade and investment linkages, underscoring their commitment to building a long-term partnership that promotes mutual prosperity and sustainable economic growth in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and Pakistan’s investment-led growth strategy.
