ISLAMABAD, Saturday, October 25, 2025 (WNP): British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott on Saturday met Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Islamabad and discussed the prevailing political and security situation in Pakistan and the wider region.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest, including regional peace, stability, and bilateral cooperation.

They emphasized the need to further strengthen Pakistan–UK relations through dialogue and collaboration in areas of shared concern.
