Turkish and Azerbaijani envoys discuss shared values, solidarity and close trilateral ties

ISLAMABAD, Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (WNP): Ambassador of Türkiye to Pakistan Dr. Irfan Neziroğlu welcomed Ambassador-designate of Azerbaijan to Pakistan Irfan Davudov, describing the meeting as a warm and fruitful exchange on the longstanding bonds of brotherhood among Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Pakistan.

During the meeting, the two diplomats discussed the deep solidarity, shared values and close fraternal ties that unite the three countries.

Dr. Irfan Neziroğlu highlighted the strength of the relationship between Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Pakistan, which is rooted in mutual support, shared traditions and a common commitment to strengthening cooperation.

The meeting also reflected the importance attached by the three brotherly nations to maintaining close diplomatic engagement and further deepening their ties.

The Turkish Ambassador conveyed his best wishes to Ambassador-designate Irfan Davudov for success in his new diplomatic assignment in Pakistan.
